2015 Games to be played at Carl Barton, Jr. Park in Conroe

Fees:

Entry fees are $300 per team before April 30th, 2015. May 1st the entry fee is $350. Any entry after June 1, 2015 the  entry fee is $400 per team between June 1, and July 6, 2014. No entries will be accepted after July 6, 2015. Fees must be paid in full along with the entry form to be valid. Medals will be ordered according to number of teams registered by June 1, 2015. You may register your team at any time.

Release Forms:

Players must sign a release form prior to the start of the first game of the tournament. Release forms will be available at the soccer fields on game day or may be sent by e-mail, fax, or postal mail ahead of tim

Team Rosters:

The Team Roster Form and the Release Form are combined on one form. There is a team roster limit of 14 players. Team rosters must be filled out prior to the start of a teams first game of the tournament. Teams may add players to their roster at any time during the tournament (even up to the last minute of the tournament) ONLY if that team has NOT used all 14 roster spots. Teams may not use more than 14 different players total during the tournament. A player's name must be added to the team roster BEFORE that player can play in a game. If a player's name appears on the roster, even if he doesn't play or if he gets injured during the first game, that roster spot is taken. Players may play on only one team during the tournament.
